Leading IP expert opens CIPPM lecture series

The annual Spring Public Lecture Series organised by the Business School’s Centre for Intellectual Property Policy & Management (CIPPM) starts with a talk by David Musker, partner at R G C Jenkins & Co, and one of the leading IP practitioners in the UK.

The lecture will take place on Thursday 24 February at the Executive Business Centre (EB306), 89 Holdenhurst Road, Lansdowne Campus, Bournemouth. The lecture will start at 6pm and refreshments will be served from 5.45pm.

David will give an overview of all the rights available in the current complex UK design protection regime, and will be of interest to students in law and product design, as well as to academics and the wider business community interested in product development and innovation.

David is a partner at R G C Jenkins & Co, specialising in patents and designs. He is a UK and European Patent Attorney and Trade Mark and Design Attorney, and has litigation rights in Court and extensive experience of practice and advocacy before the UK and European Patent and Design Offices.
