Prof. Martin Kretschmer speaks at Washington Symposium, honouring Justice Breyer

At the invitation of George Washington University Law School, Prof. Martin Kretschmer (Director of the Intellectual Property Centre) gave a lecture at a Symposium in honour of US Supreme Court Justice Stephen G. Breyer (5 November 2010). Breyer's seminal 1970 article "The Uneasy Case for Copyright" was discussed by a gathering of leading scholars. Contributions will appear in the George Washington Law Review in 2011.
