Simon Stokes is a partner with Tarlo Lyons, solicitors and the author of Art and Copyright (Hart, Oxford 2001 & 2003) and Digital Copyright (Butterworths, London 2002).

He has published articles in Entertainment Law Review, European Intellectual Property Review, Art Antiquity and Law, and Managing Intellectual Property, and is the general editor of the forthcoming Encyclopedia of E-Commerce Law (Sweet & Maxwell, London).
