Sukhpreet Singh

• Lecturer in Marketing at Bournemouth University, UK.
• Masters in Broadcast and Film Management from Bournemouth University, UK.
• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management from University of Huddersfield, UK. 

Mr. Singh has been in higher education teaching for about 5 years now, lecturing in areas such as media and services marketing, drawing upon his real-world experiences in the hospitality and business-reporting worlds. He is particularly interested in brand management and at CIPPM, he is working on PhD project on 'IPR protection for TV formats.'

Sam-Sup Moon

• Trade Mark Trial Judge at the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO)
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Yonsei University

Mr Moon has worked at KIPO since 1994, as a trade mark examiner, a design examiner, a director of International Trade Mark Examination Division at KIPO, a trade mark trial judge at the Korean Intellectual Property Tribunal in KIPO.  At CIPPM, Sam Sup Moon is working on a PhD project on the concept of overlap of IP rights.

LingLing Wei

• Registered Trade Mark Agent in China
• LLM in Intellectual property Management from Bournemouth University
• BA in English from Sichuan International Studies University

Miss Wei worked as trade mark agent for Chongqing Administration for Industry and Commerce from 1998 to 2002, representing Chongqing Trade Mark Service at International Trade Mark Association. At CIPPM, Lingling Wei is working on a PhD project on Legal regulation of Ambush Marketing, which is based on trade mark theory.
