Dr Ian Hartwell’s Article 69 Monitor aims to:
- Aid European Patent Attorneys when trying to assess infringement across Europe (rather than just in their own country)
- Monitor the convergence of patent claim construction practice in advance of a central European-wide litigation system
- Help trainee UK patent attorneys in their preparation for the P6 'Infringement and Validity' paper.
